BIOMAT was presented by our partner Project HUB-360 at MECSPE 2022, the manufacturing industry's international reference fair, which occurred from June 9th to 11th, in Bologna Fiere, Italy.
The project had a dedicated booth and a seminar, in the GREEN TRANSITION area, under the theme "Bio-polymers: an Open Innovation and Green Transition opportunity from the BIOMAT Project".
The presentation addressed several topics, such as building a new circular and biobased economy, ensuring the safety of new materials for humans and for the environment, and disseminating BIOMAT's Project objectives, Pilots and the Open Tender dedicated to SMEs.
The Workshop also served as a call for SMEs to assist in the coming Workshop happening in Naples and to apply for BIOMAT's Open Innovation Test Bed available services through the Open Tender, which will be launched later this year.
MECSPE has been the greatest event focused on innovations for the manufacturing industry, showcasing the best suppliers of technologies, machines and processes in the sector. The event, an excellent opportunity for networking, gathers the area’s leaders and specialists and visitors to get up to date with all the news and trends in the market.
